Route 1: Shimla to Spiti Valley (All-Year Route)
This route remains open throughout the year (except during heavy snowfall).
Best For: Gradual altitude acclimatization and beautiful stops along the way.
Distance: Approx. 412 km from Shimla to Kaza.
Route Highlights:
Shimla → Rampur → Kalpa → Nako → Tabo → Kaza

By Train: Nearest railhead is Kalka, about 90 km from Shimla. Board a toy train or taxi to Shimla, then continue by road.
By Air: Fly to Shimla (Jubberhatti Airport) and continue by road. Alternatively, fly to Chandigarh and drive to Shimla.
Route 2: Manali to Spiti Valley (Summer Route)
This route is open from June to October, as the Rohtang Pass and Kunzum Pass are snowbound during winter.
Best For: Adventure seekers and shorter travel duration.
Distance: Approx. 200 km from Manali to Kaza.
