Pick up your car from any major city in Himachal Pradesh
Indian customers need: Aadhar Card, valid Driving Licence, address proof, and security deposit. Foreign customers need: Passport, International Driving Permit (IDP), Visa & Entry Stamp, and a refundable deposit.
Security deposit ranges from ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 depending on the vehicle category. A 50% advance booking amount is also required. Deposits are fully refunded after inspection within 6–24 hours of vehicle return.
Yes — millions of tourists self-drive in HP every year. Our vehicles are mountain-road certified with 4WD options for high-altitude routes. We recommend an SUV or 4×4 for Spiti, Rohtang, and Leh routes. We also provide route-specific safety briefings.
The minimum age is 21 years, with at least 1 year of valid driving experience. For luxury and 4×4 vehicles, we prefer drivers with 2+ years of experience.
Yes! We have specific permit-eligible vehicles for Rohtang Pass, Spiti Valley, and Manali–Leh Highway. We assist with necessary permits and route documentation. Please mention your destination while booking.
We follow a Full-to-Full policy. You receive the car with a full tank and return it full. Fuel costs are entirely borne by the customer. There are no fuel surcharges from our end.
100% refund if cancelled 72 hrs before. 50% refund before 48 hrs. No refund within 24 hrs. No-show = No refund. We recommend calling us to reschedule if your plans change.
All vehicles have full commercial insurance and accidental cover. However, insurance does not cover negligent driving or off-roading damage. Engine & gear protection add-ons are available on request.
