On arrival at Shimla Volvo stop, our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel (check-in as per hotel policy; early check-in subject to availability and additional charges). After some rest, get ready to explore Shimla’s gems.
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Kufri, a year-round destination.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to Shimla bus stand to board the Volvo back to Delhi with beautiful memories of your Mountain Chain Travel trip.

Booking Policy
Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.
No discount will be provided after confirmation.
The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
Reservation Policy for Package Booking
To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
-If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
-If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
-If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
No Refund Policy
- No refund will be made for any unused services or features.
- No refund will be made for any tour cancelled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Regular Volvo, deluxe & state transport buses operate from Delhi, Chandigarh, and other cities.
By Train
The nearest broad-gauge railhead is Kalka (90 km from Shimla).
From Kalka, you can board the famous Kalka–Shimla Toy Train (UNESCO World Heritage), which takes you through 100+ tunnels, bridges, and scenic mountains.
Regular taxis and buses are also available from Kalka to Shimla.
By Air
The nearest airport is Jubbarhatti Airport, Shimla (22 km from city).
Limited flights connect Shimla with Delhi & Chandigarh.
Alternatively, you can fly to Chandigarh Airport (113 km) and then drive to Shimla (approx. 3–4 hrs).
