Board the Volvo from Delhi pick-up point for an overnight journey to Dharamshala. Guests are requested to report at the scheduled time; pickup location will be mentioned on your ticket. Dharamshala offers tranquil waterfalls, sprawling tea gardens, cricket stadiums, spiritual centers, and a peaceful environment for a perfect Himalayan getaway.
Upon arrival, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. (Check-in as per hotel policy; early check-in subject to availability and charges.) After freshening up, proceed for Mcleodganj & Dharamshala sightseeing: Tsuglagkhang Complex – Residence of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Namgyal Monastery, Tibet Museum, library, café, and souvenir shop. Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall – serene spiritual experience. St. John’s Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium, and local markets. Return to hotel in the evening.
After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Palampur: Chamunda Devi Temple – historic and spiritual significance. Gopalpur Zoo – enjoy wildlife experiences. Palampur Tea Gardens – stroll amidst lush green tea estates and capture panoramic views. Return to Dharamshala by evening.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Guests are free for leisure before boarding the Volvo back to Delhi. Return with memorable experiences of your Himalayan getaway.

Booking Policy
Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.
No discount will be provided after confirmation.
The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
Reservation Policy for Package Booking
To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
-If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
-If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
-If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
No Refund Policy
- No refund will be made for any unused services or features.
- No refund will be made for any tour cancelled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Kangra Railway Station (Kangra Valley Railway, narrow gauge) – 20 km from Dharamshala.

From the stations, taxis or buses are available to reach Dharamshala.
By Road
From Delhi: About 480 km / 11–13 hours via Volvo buses or private taxis.
From Chandigarh: About 250 km / 6–7 hours.
From Amritsar: About 190 km / 5–6 hours.
