  • Itinerary

    Assemble at Majnu Ka Tila/RK Ashram Metro Station by 6:00 PM. Overnight journey by AC Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali. Departure at 6:30 PM, reaching Manali the following morning around 10:00 AM.

    • No Meal

    Morning arrival in Manali, followed by hotel check-in. Visit Manu Temple, Hadimba Temple, Club House, Vashisht, and Jogini Falls. Embark on a 3 km trek from Vashisht temple to Jogini Waterfall, passing through apple orchards and pine trees. Take a dip in the pool at the base of the waterfall or relax at the temple. Explore Mall Road, the center of Manali, and cafe hop in Old Manali, where you can enjoy great food and a cozy vibe. Overnight stay at the hotel.

    • Dinner Only

    After breakfast, head to Solang Valley, known as the 'Snow Valley,' famous for winter sports like skiing, paragliding, and ATV rides. Engage in activities like paragliding, zipline, or an ATV ride while soaking in the picturesque views. Return to the hotel by evening for dinner and overnight stay.

    • Breakfast and Dinner

    After breakfast, leave Manali and head towards Kasol, reaching by afternoon. Camp check-in in Kasol, a serene village known for its beautiful scenery and spiritual significance. Explore Manikaran, a holy place famous for its hot springs. Dinner and overnight stay in Kasol Camps.

    • Breakfast and Dinner

    Post breakfast, embark on a Chalal Village trek, a peaceful village located 30 minutes from Kasol. Chalal offers a peaceful escape with its rustic charm, snow-capped mountains, and majestic pine trees. Known as the "Israel of Himachal", Chalal's scenic beauty and serenity will leave you refreshed. Return to Kasol by evening and board the bus back to Delhi.

    Arrive in Delhi by 9:00 AM. The tour concludes with cherished memories from the heart of the Himalayas.

    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    Booking Policy

    Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.



    Cancellation Policy

    -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

    -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

    -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

    No Refund Policy

    - No refund will be made for any unused services or features.

    - No refund will be made for any tour cancelled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

1. By Air (Closest Airport)

Nearest Airport: Bhuntar Airport (Kullu-Manali Airport), around 50 km from Manali.

Airlines: Regular flights from Delhi, Chandigarh, and Kolkata operate to Bhuntar Airport.

From the airport, you can take a taxi or a local bus to Manali, which takes around 1.5–2 hours.

2. By Bus (Road Travel)

Delhi to Manali by Bus: Several private and government buses operate from Delhi to Manali.

Distance: Approximately 530 km (12–14 hours).

Bus Types: Volvo AC buses (luxurious), Semi-sleeper buses, and Regular buses.

Departure Points: Buses generally depart from Majnu Ka Tila (Delhi) or ISBT Kashmiri Gate.

There are also buses available from Chandigarh, Dharamsala, and Kullu.

3. By Train (Rail Travel)

While Manali doesn't have its own railway station, you can take a train to Joginder Nagar (the nearest railway station) or Chandigarh and then travel by road to Manali.

From Chandigarh, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Manali, which will take around 7-8 hours.

From Joginder Nagar, you can hire a taxi (around 4–5 hours to Manali).

4. By Car (Road Travel)

Self-Drive or Private Car: Manali is well-connected by road, and you can drive there from cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, Dharamsala, or Shimla.

Delhi to Manali: Around 530 km, which takes about 12–14 hours by road.

Chandigarh to Manali: Around 300 km, approximately 7–8 hours by road.

5. By Taxi (For Comfort)

You can hire a private taxi from nearby cities like Chandigarh, Delhi, or Kullu for a comfortable ride to Manali. It’s ideal if you prefer more flexibility and comfort.

Travel Tips for Reaching Manali:

If you're traveling during the winter, check for road conditions, as heavy snowfall can block some routes.

Book your bus/train tickets in advance during peak tourist season (May-June or December-January).

If you're traveling by road, be prepared for hilly terrain.
