  • Itinerary

    Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, visit the renowned Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) – Built in 1633 by Mughal King Asif Khan, this garden offers stunning views of Dal Lake. Shalimar Bagh (Garden of Love) – Built in 1619 by Emperor Jahangir for his wife Noor Jahan, this garden is a symbol of Mughal romance. Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring) – A charming garden known for its natural spring, which has been a favorite spot for emperors and visitors alike. After exploring the gardens, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Srinagar.

    After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold), located at an altitude of 2,740 meters. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and dense pine forests, Sonmarg is a gateway to Ladakh and a popular trekking destination. Visit Thajiwas Glacier (optional pony ride) to witness breathtaking views of glacier-fed streams and alpine flowers. Explore the lush green meadows, fir forests, and pristine landscapes. Sonmarg also serves as the entry point to Amarnath Cave via Baltal Valley. Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay at Hotel

    After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers), a picturesque hill station located at 2,652 meters above sea level. Enjoy the scenic drive through pine forests and rolling meadows.     After breakfast, check out and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds), a famous tourist destination at 2,133 meters. En route, visit the Awantipura Ruins, an ancient temple complex built by King Avantivarman. Drive through the saffron fields of Pampore and witness the breathtaking landscapes along the way. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check into your hotel and spend the afternoon exploring. Optional excursions: Trek to Lidderwat, Kolahoi Glacier, or enjoy pony rides to Baisaran Valley (Mini Switzerland of India). Overnight stay at a hotel in Pahalgam.

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check into your houseboat and enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake in the evening.     The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.

    For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.

    Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.

    Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).

    AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.

    Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.

    Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.

    Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.

    In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.

    We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.

    In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 0-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.


    Cancellation Policy

    -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

    -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

    -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

    No Refund Policy

    - No refund will be made for any unused services or features.

    - No refund will be made for any tour cancelled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

1. By Air (Fastest & Easiest)

Srinagar International Airport (SXR) is the main airport, located about 12 km from the city center.

Regular flights operate from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Jammu, Leh, and other major cities.

Airlines like Air India, IndiGo, Vistara, GoAir, and SpiceJet operate daily flights.

From the airport, you can hire taxis, cabs, or auto-rickshaws to reach your hotel or destination.

Best Option: Flying is the quickest and most convenient way to reach Srinagar.

2. By Train (Nearest Railway Stations)

Srinagar does not have a direct railway station. The closest major railway stations are:

Jammu Tawi Railway Station (JAT) – ~267 km from Srinagar

How to Reach Srinagar from Jammu/Udhampur?

You can take a bus, shared taxi, or private cab from Jammu to Srinagar.

The journey takes 7-9 hours via NH44, passing through Banihal, Ramban, and Anantnag.

Best Option: Take a train to Jammu, then a road trip to Srinagar.

3. By Road (Scenic but Long Journey)

You can reach Srinagar by road via National Highway 44 (NH44).

From Jammu to Srinagar (267 km, 7-9 hrs)

By Bus: JKSRTC (Jammu & Kashmir State Transport) runs luxury, deluxe, and semi-deluxe buses.

By Taxi/Cab: Private taxis and shared cabs are available from Jammu, Udhampur, and Katra.

By Self-Drive: A beautiful but challenging road trip through Patnitop, Banihal, and Jawahar Tunnel.
