  • Itinerary

    Day 0: Departure from Delhi (Overnight Journey)

    You will assemble at the designated pickup point in Delhi, either Majnu Ka Tila or RK Ashram ISBT, by 8:30 PM. From there, you'll embark on an overnight journey to the scenic town of Kasol, traveling by Volvo or traveler bus. The journey will take approximately 12 to 13 hours, offering you a chance to rest and relax as you prepare for the exciting adventures ahead in the beautiful Himachal Pradesh. Sit back, enjoy the ride, and get ready to explore the mesmerizing landscapes and vibrant culture of Kasol

    • No Meal

    Day 1: Arrive in Kasol & Local Sightseeing

    Arrive in Kasol in the early morning, check into your hostel or camp, and start your day with a delicious Himachali breakfast by the riverside. Spend some relaxing moments by the Parvati River, soaking in the fresh mountain air. In the afternoon, take a peaceful trek to Chalal Village, explore the local markets, and enjoy the vibrant hippie cafés like Bhoj Café and Jim Morrison Café. If you wish, visit the nearby hot springs at Manikaran Sahib for a soothing experience. In the evening, gather around a bonfire at your camp, enjoy authentic Israeli cuisine, and listen to local music, soaking in the laid-back Kasol vibe. Spend the night comfortably in Kasol, ready for more adventures ahead.

    • Dinner

    Day 2: Trek to Malana & Return to Kasol

    In the morning, enjoy an early breakfast before departing for the Malana village trek. Drive approximately 27 km (about 1.5 hours) to the Malana base camp, where your 4 km (roughly 2-hour) trek begins. During the hike, explore the ancient, restricted village of Malana, known for its unique culture and mysterious history. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in Malana’s captivating atmosphere, learn about its traditions, and capture stunning views of snow-capped peaks and deep valleys. After exploring, descend back to the Malana base and return to Kasol by evening. In the evening, relax at your campsite or café, and optionally attend a trance party or enjoy a bonfire to unwind. Spend the night in Kasol, soaking in the tranquil mountain ambiance.

    • Breakfast and Dinner

    Day 3: Departure from Kasol – Back to Delhi

    In the morning, take your time to relax by the calming waters of the Parvati River, soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. You can also visit any remaining cafés or local shops in Kasol to pick up souvenirs or enjoy a final meal before departure. In the afternoon, board your Volvo or traveler bus between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for the journey back to Delhi. The overnight journey typically lasts around 12 to 13 hours, allowing you to rest and reflect on your memorable trip to Kasol and its nearby adventures.

    11. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programmer or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures (Strike, Hartal, Bandh) or any untoward incidents.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).


    Booking Policy

    Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

How To Reach

By Road (Recommended for flexibility):

Private Car/Taxi: You can hire a taxi or self-drive from Delhi. The journey takes approximately 12-14 hours, covering about 560 km via NH44 and NH3.

Bus: Several Volvo, sleeper, and semi-sleeper buses operate from Delhi’s ISBT Kashmere Gate to Kasol or nearby towns like Bhuntar. The journey takes around 12-14 hours. Buses usually depart in the evening, arriving early morning.


By Air (Fastest option):

Nearest Airport: Kullu-Manali Airport (Bhuntar) — about 30 km from Kasol.

From Airport: Take a taxi from Bhuntar to Kasol, which takes around 2 hours. Flights from Delhi to Kullu are limited and seasonal.


By Train:

Nearest Railway Station: Kalka Railway Station or Pathankot.

From Kalka/Pathankot: Take a taxi or bus to Kasol, which can take approximately 8-10 hours.
