    Day 1: Arrival in Krabi – Relax & Explore

    Arrive at Krabi International Airport, where our local representative will receive you. Transfer to your hotel in Ao Nang and complete your check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure—take a stroll along Ao Nang Beach, explore local markets, or unwind in the serene tropical surroundings. Enjoy a peaceful dinner at one of the beachside restaurants before retiring for the night.

    Day 2: Krabi Four Island Tour with Lunch

    After breakfast, head out for an exciting Four Island Tour by longtail boat. Discover Koh Tup and Koh Mor, famous for their unique sandbar connection, then visit Chicken Island (Koh Gai) for snorkeling. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the pristine shores of Koh Poda. End your tour at Phra Nang Cave Beach, famous for its limestone caves and beautiful seascape. Return to the hotel in the evening.

    Day 3: Fly from Krabi to Koh Samui

    1. 1. Booking, Payments & Confirmation
    2. A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total tour package cost is required at the time of booking.
    3. The balance 50% must be paid at least 20 days prior to departure.
    4. For bookings made within 20 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
    5. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the specified payment. In case of payment delays, Mountains Chain Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
    6. Any increase in airfare, foreign exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges post-booking shall be borne by the client.

    8. 2. Passport, Visa & Immigration
    9. Travelers must possess a valid passport with a minimum 6-month validity from the return travel date.
    10. Obtaining the required visa is the client's sole responsibility, unless otherwise mentioned.
    11. Visa approval is subject to embassy/consulate discretion. The company shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or additional charges arising thereof.
    12. In the event of a visa rejection after the booking of non-refundable services (airfare, hotels), cancellation charges will apply, and no full refund will be entertained.

    14. 3. Travel Insurance
    15. It is mandatory or highly recommended to have a valid international travel insurance policy covering:
    16. Emergency medical treatment and hospitalization
    17. Trip cancellation or interruption
    18. Loss or delay of checked-in baggage
    19. Accidental death or disability
    20. The company is not responsible for any loss arising from non-insured travel.
    21. If insurance is purchased through Mountains Chain Travel Pvt. Ltd., details will be reflected in the final invoice.

    23. 4. Hotel Policies & Room Allotment
    24. Hotels will be booked in the chosen category (3-star/4-star/5-star) subject to availability.
    25. Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Standard check-out time: 12:00 Noon
    26. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
    27. Room preferences (king bed, twin beds, triple occupancy) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in all instances.

    29. 5. Baggage & Airline Responsibility
    30. Baggage allowance and policy vary by airline and ticket class. Clients are advised to verify with the airline directly.
    31. Mountains Chain Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for baggage loss, damage, or delays. Any such issues must be addressed directly with the airline.

    33. 6. Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer
    34. The company acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).
    35. The company is not responsible for acts or omissions by third-party vendors.
    36. No liability shall arise for injuries, delays, accidents, losses, or disruptions caused by third parties, political unrest, weather conditions, or force majeure.
    37. Any additional expenses arising from such events will be borne by the client.

    39. 7. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
    40. Mountains Chain Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alter the itinerary, hotel arrangements, or services in cases such as:
    41. Airline rescheduling
    42. Weather disruptions
    43. Political instability
    44. Insufficient group size
    45. Any other force majeure event
    46. Equivalent alternatives will be arranged, where possible. No refunds will be granted for unused services under such circumstances.
    47. The company shall not be liable for compensation due to such changes.

    49. 8. Documentation & Legal Requirements
    50. Travelers must carry all original documents including:

    52. Visa
    53. Air tickets
    54. Hotel vouchers
    55. Insurance documents
    56. It is advisable to keep both hard and digital copies of all essential documents.
    57. Travelers are responsible for complying with destination-specific health and travel regulations (vaccinations, COVID-19 tests, etc.).

    59. 9. Group Tour Specific Terms
    60. Group tours are subject to a minimum number of participants.
    61. In the event of insufficient bookings, the company reserves the right to cancel the group tour and issue a full refund.
    62. Expenses incurred by the client in preparation for the tour (such as visas, insurance, and non-refundable flights) will not be reimbursed.

    64. 11. Code of Conduct
    65. All participants must maintain appropriate behavior and respect local laws and customs.
    66. Any participant causing disruption or behaving inappropriately may be removed from the tour at the sole discretion of the tour leader, without any refund.
    67. Travelers will be held accountable for any damage caused to property or others during the tour.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    5. No Refund Policy
    6. - No refund will be made for any unused services or features.
    7. - No refund will be made for any tour cancelled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
