Enjoy a serene evening by the lakeside. Overnight stay in a camp near Pangong Lake.

1. Via Manali (Himachal Pradesh)
Route: Manali → Rohtang Pass → Keylong → Sarchu → Leh
Distance: ~480 km (takes 2 days with an overnight halt)
Very scenic but includes high mountain passes.
2. Via Srinagar (Jammu & Kashmir)
Route: Srinagar → Sonmarg → Drass → Kargil → Leh
Distance: ~420 km
Smoother than the Manali route and has lower altitude climbs.
Tip: Both routes are closed in winter (Nov–April) due to snow.
