The Chardham Yatra is one of the holiest pilgrimages in India, covering four sacred Hindu shrines: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Located in the majestic Himalayas of Uttarakhand, this spiritual journey is believed to cleanse the soul and grant salvation (moksha). Delhi-Haridwar -Barkot- Uttarkashi- Guptkashi- Kedarnath- Badrinath- Rudraprayag-Delhi Significance of Chardham Yamunotri – The origin of the sacred Yamuna River; dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Gangotri – The birthplace of the Ganges River; home to Goddess Ganga. Kedarnath – One of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva; located at 11,755 ft. Badrinath – The abode of Lord Vishnu, part of the larger Chota Chardham circuit.  

  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Shimla - Haridwar 306 km 7hr

    Meet our driver at Shimla airport, station, hotel, or home between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and then proceed by road to Haridwar. Upon arrival in Haridwar, check into your hotel. In the evening, visit the Mansa Devi Temple and experience the spiritual Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

    Day 2: Haridwar- Barkot 210km

    In the morning, meet our representative at your hotel, airport, or railway station. After gathering some basic information, begin your journey to Barkot. Later, continue your drive to Barkot and check into your hotel upon arrival. Enjoy your evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Barkot.

    Day 3: Barkot - Jankichatti- Yamunotri-Jankichatti- Barkot- 35km 12km track

    Early in the morning after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti or Phoolchatti. From there, start your trek to Yamunotri, which is approximately 6 km (you can choose to walk, hire a horse, or opt for a Doli at your own cost). Upon reaching Yamunotri, take a dip in the warm waters of Surya Kund (hot spring) and enjoy darshan of Yamunaji. Afterward, trek back to Jankichatti. Later, drive back to Barkot for an overnight stay.

    Day 4: Barkot - uttarkashi 100km

    Morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later, drive to Uttarkashi, en route visiting Shivgufa. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After the sightseeing, check into your hotel. The rest of the day is free for relaxation. Enjoy an overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

    Day 5: uttarkashi - Gangotri- uttarkashi 100 km each side total 200 km

    Early in the morning after breakfast, depart for Gangotri. En route, visit the Gangnani Hot Spring and take a holy dip in the kund. Continue your drive to Gangotri through the scenic Harsil Valley. Upon arrival at Gangotri, take a sacred dip in the Ganges (Bhagirathi), perform puja and darshan, and enjoy some time relaxing amidst the beautiful surroundings. Later, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay

    Day 6: uttarkashi- Gupkashi 220km

    Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi. En route, enjoy the scenic views of the Mandakini River at Tilwara. The river originates from Kedarnath, and you will drive alongside it as you proceed to Guptakashi. Upon arrival, visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into your hotel and relax for the evening. Enjoy an overnight stay in Guptakashi.

    Day 7: Gupkashi - kedarnath (trek 24km) Gupkashi

    Morning after breakfast, proceed to Kedarnath via trekking or helicopter at your own cost. For trekking, drive to Sonprayag, then trek 14 km to Gaurikund and continue on foot or by horse to Kedarnath. After darshan, return the same way. For helicopter, transfer to the helipad, fly to Kedarnath, visit the temple, then return by helicopter. Your driver will assist with transfers. Overnight stay at Guptkashi, including breakfast and dinner.

    Day 8: Gupkashi - Badrinath 220 km

    Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath and check into the hotel. Upon arrival, take a bath in Taptkund and enjoy darshan of Badrivishal, followed by evening Aarti. Visit Brahamakapal for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors. Explore nearby attractions within 3 km, such as Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the Mukh of the Saraswati River. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

    Day 9: Badrinath - joshimath- Rudraprayag 160km

    Morning after breakfast, drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. En route, visit VishuPrayag, Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, KarnPrayag, and NandPrayag. Check into the hotel upon arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

    Day 10: Rudraprayag - Rishikesh 150km

    Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Rishikesh. En route, visit Dev Prayag. Upon arrival, check into the hotel in Rishikesh. In the evening, enjoy the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

    Day 11: Rishikesh- Shimla 260km

    Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Later, visit the famous suspension bridges Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula, along with the surrounding temples and ashrams in Rishikesh. Proceed by road to Shimla. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel or drop at Shimla Hotel, Airport, or railway station as per your requirement.

    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
