    Day 1: Haridwar – Barkot

    Your sacred journey begins in Haridwar, where our representative will warmly receive you and drive you to Barkot. Upon arrival, you'll check into your pre-booked hotel and relax overnight, ready to embrace the spiritual experiences ahead.

    Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot

    After breakfast, depart for Hanuman Chatti and Janki Chatti, the starting points for your trek to Yamunotri Dham. Embark on a 6–8 km trek to the sacred temple, with options such as pony, palki, or horse available at your own expense. After completing your Darshan at Yamunotri, return to your hotel in Barkot for an overnight stay and some well-deserved rest.

    Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi

    Check out from Barkot and proceed to Uttarkashi, the next spiritual stop on your journey. Upon arrival, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple, a revered site for devotees. Enjoy an overnight stay at a hotel in Uttarkashi, soaking in the serene atmosphere and preparing for the next day’s adventures.

    Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

After completing your spiritual rituals, return to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay, reflecting on the divine experience.

    Early morning, depart for Sonprayag, and from there, take a local jeep to Gaurikund. Begin your trek uphill to Kedarnath Dham, surrounded by majestic Himalayan peaks. Upon reaching Kedarnath, check into a guesthouse or camp. In the evening, participate in the sacred Aarti at Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva. Enjoy an overnight stay at Kedarnath.

    Day 7: Kedarnath – Guptkashi

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
