    Day 1: Arrival in Leh

    Welcome to Leh! Upon arrival at Leh Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, the rest of the day is free for rest, leisure, and acclimatization to the high-altitude environment. You may explore the nearby areas of Leh town at your own pace, visiting local markets or enjoying the scenic views.

    Day 2: Excursion to Sham Valley

    After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Sham Valley, visiting the Hall of Fame Museum, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Sangam Point where the Indus and Zanskar rivers meet. Return to Leh in the afternoon to explore Leh Palace and witness a stunning sunset at Shanti Stupa. If time allows, stroll through Leh’s lively local markets. The day concludes with an overnight stay at your hotel.

    Day 3: Leh – Khardung La – Nubra Valley

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).


    Booking Policy

    Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 0-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

How To Reach

By Air:

The most convenient way is to fly into Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, which is well-connected to Delhi, Srinagar, and other major cities.

From Delhi, multiple airlines operate daily flights to Leh, taking approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Upon arrival, you can hire a taxi or arrange transfers to your hotel or starting point.


By Road:

From Delhi or Srinagar: You can undertake a road trip by private taxi or bus. The journey from Srinagar via the Srinagar-Leh highway (National Highway 1D) offers stunning scenery and takes around 2 days, with overnight stays in towns like Kargil.

From Manali: During the summer months, the Leh-Manali Highway connects Manali to Leh, offering a scenic route. The drive takes about 2 days with overnight stops.

Best Time to Travel:

The most accessible and safe time to travel is from late May to early October, when the roads are open and weather conditions are favorable.


Note: Due to high-altitude and weather conditions, flying is often the preferred and quickest method, especially if you have limited time. Planning your trip in advance ensures availability of flights and permits.
