    Day 1: Arrival in Leh

    Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After checking in and enjoying lunch at the hotel, the rest of the day is reserved for rest and acclimatization to Leh’s high altitude (3,500 meters above sea level). Relax and allow your body to adjust in preparation for the exciting adventures ahead. Overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 2: Monastery Trail – Explore Shey

    After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Shey, Thiksey, and Hemis Monasteries. Begin with Shey, the former summer palace of the Ladakhi kings, renowned for its impressive 36-foot copper-gilded Buddha statue. Continue to Thiksey Monastery, a majestic twelve-story complex perched dramatically on a hilltop, offering stunning views and spiritual ambiance. Finally, visit Hemis Monastery—the largest and wealthiest monastery in Ladakh—famous for its vibrant annual festival and rich spiritual traditions. In the evening, return to Leh for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 3: Khardung La – Motorable Pass

    After breakfast, embark on an exciting day excursion to Khardung La Pass, which stands proudly at 5,600 meters and is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the highest motorable road in the world. Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks. In the afternoon, return to Leh and enjoy leisure time—an ideal opportunity for personal shopping and visiting iconic landmarks such as Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and the vibrant local bazaars.     2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).

    2. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    4. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.
    5. Reservation Policy for Package Booking
    6. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    7. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    9. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    15. Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.
    16. Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

How To Reach

By Air

  1. Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (Leh Airport) is the main airport, well-connected to Delhi, Mumbai, Srinagar, and other major cities.
  2. Regular flights are available year-round, but the best time is from May to September.
  3. Tip: Book early — flights fill up fast during peak season!


By Road

There are two famous highways to reach Leh by road, open mainly from May to October:

  1. From Manali (Himachal Pradesh):
  2. Manali → Rohtang Pass → Sarchu → Leh (~470 km)
  3. Takes about 2 days with an overnight stay at Sarchu or Keylong.
  4. Adventure seekers love this scenic (but challenging) drive.
  5. From Srinagar (Kashmir):
  6. Srinagar → Sonamarg → Drass → Kargil → Leh (~420 km)
  7. Takes about 2 days with a night halt at Kargil.
  8. This route is smoother and easier compared to the Manali one.
  9. By Bike or Car:
  10. Many travelers opt for bike trips (especially from Manali) — an iconic adventure!


By Bus

  1. Government and private buses operate from Manali and Srinagar to Leh during summer.
  2. Options range from deluxe to semi-deluxe services.
  3. HPTDC (Himachal Pradesh Tourism) runs a popular Manali-Leh bus service.
