Overnight stay will be at Shimla.

    After breakfast, drive from Shimla to Sarahan, visiting Kufri (at 2,622 m), known for its scenic beauty and adventure activities.     4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).
    14. No discount will be provided after confirmation.
    15. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    1. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    2. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

Car/Taxi: The most convenient way is to hire a taxi or drive your own vehicle. The distance is approximately 350 km and takes about 7-8 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.

Volvo Bus: Regular Volvo buses are available from Delhi to Shimla. They depart from various bus stations like ISBT Kashmere Gate and offer a comfortable journey.


By Train:

The nearest railway station to Shimla is Kalka (about 96 km away). From Kalka, you can take the narrow-gauge toy train to Shimla, which offers scenic views of the mountains.

Alternatively, you can take a train from Delhi to Kalka and then continue by toy train or taxi to Shimla.


By Air:

The nearest airport is in Chandigarh (around 113 km away), with regular flights from Delhi. From Chandigarh, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Shimla.
