The Chardham Yatra is one of the holiest pilgrimages in India, covering four sacred Hindu shrines: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. Located in the majestic Himalayas of Uttarakhand, this spiritual journey is believed to cleanse the soul and grant salvation (moksha). Delhi-Haridwar -Barkot- Uttarkashi- Guptkashi- Kedarnath- Badrinath- Rudraprayag-Delhi Significance of Chardham Yamunotri – The origin of the sacred Yamuna River; dedicated to Goddess Yamuna. Gangotri – The birthplace of the Ganges River; home to Goddess Ganga. Kedarnath – One of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva; located at 11,755 ft. Badrinath – The abode of Lord Vishnu, part of the larger Chota Chardham circuit.
You will be met by your driver at Delhi airport, railway station, hotel, or your home between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and then begin your drive to Haridwar. The journey typically takes around 4 to 5 hours, covering approximately 200 kilometers via NH9. Upon arrival in Haridwar, you will check into your hotel to relax and refresh after the drive. In the evening, you can visit the famous Mansa Devi Temple perched atop Bilwa Parvat, which offers stunning panoramic views of the city. Later, you will experience the spiritual ambiance of the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, where devotional chants and the flickering lamps create a mesmerizing atmosphere on the banks of the holy Ganges. You will spend the night at your hotel in Haridwar, resting comfortably and soaking in the divine surroundings in preparation for the next day's journey.
In the morning, meet our representative at your hotel, airport, or railway station. After gathering some basic information, you will begin your journey to Barkot. The drive to Barkot offers scenic views and a peaceful environment as you leave behind the city. Upon arrival in Barkot, you will check into your hotel to relax and settle in. In the evening, you can unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings of this charming town. You will stay overnight at your hotel in Barkot, preparing for the adventures ahead.
After breakfast, drive to Jankichatti or Phoolchatti and trek 6 km to Yamunotri (by walk, horse, or Doli at own cost). Take a dip in Surya Kund and visit the Yamunaji temple. Return trek to Jankichatti and then drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.
After breakfast, relax briefly and then drive to Uttarkashi, stopping at Shivgufa en route. In Uttarkashi, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri, stopping at Gangnani Hot Spring for a holy dip. Continue through the scenic Harsil valley to Gangotri. Upon arrival, take a dip in the sacred Bhagirathi River, perform Pooja and Darshan, then relax in the serene surroundings. Later, drive back to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi, enjoying views of the beautiful Mandakini River at Tilwara along the way. The Mandakini River originates from Kedarnath, and you'll drive alongside it en route. Upon arrival in Guptkashi, visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple. Check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Today, you will visit Kedarnath, with options of either taking a helicopter (at your own cost) or trekking. If choosing the helicopter, your driver will transfer you to the helipad, and after the flight, you can visit Kedarnath Temple before returning by the same route. For trekking, you will drive to Sonprayag, then take a jeep to Gaurikund, followed by a 14 km trek to Kedarnath. After darshan, you will trek back down or take a pony/horse if desired, and return to Guptkashi. Overnight stay will be at Guptkashi with meals included.
Today, after breakfast, we will drive to Badrinath and check into the hotel. Upon arrival, pilgrims can take a holy bath in Taptkund and then visit Badrivishal for darshan. In the evening, participate in the Aarti. Brahamakapal is a significant spot for Pinddan and Shraddh rituals for ancestors. Nearby attractions within three kilometers include Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the Mukh of the Saraswati River. Overnight stay will be in Badrinath.
Today, after breakfast, you will drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Along the way, enjoy darshan at VishuPrayag, visit the Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, and see KarnPrayag and NandPrayag. Upon arrival in Rudraprayag, check into the hotel and relax. Overnight stay will be at Rudraprayag.
Today, after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and transfer to Rishikesh. En route, visit Dev Prayag to see the confluence of the rivers. Upon arrival in Rishikesh, check into the hotel. In the evening, enjoy the Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay will be in Rishikesh.
Today, after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and visit the famous suspension bridges—Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula—along with the surrounding temples and ashrams in Rishikesh. After the sightseeing, you will proceed to drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be dropped at your preferred location—hotel, airport, or railway station in Delhi.
