  • Itinerary

    Day 1: Departure from Delhi- Overnight journey

    Please assemble at the pick-up point by 9:00 PM to meet the team captains and attend a brief tour introduction. Following this, you will begin an overnight journey to Shimla.

    Day 2: Arrival in Shimla to Narkanda

    Arrive in Shimla in the morning. After a short rest, proceed to Narkanda. Upon check-in, explore local attractions, including Hatu Peak. In the evening, enjoy dinner and relax for an overnight stay in Narkanda.

    Day 3: Journey from Narkanda to Chitkul

    After breakfast, depart for Chitkul. En route, stop at Sangla to enjoy some delicious momos. Continue your journey to Chitkul for a scenic experience. In the evening, have dinner and stay overnight in Chitkul.

    Day 4: Exploring Kalpa via Roghi/Reckong Peo

    After breakfast, depart for Kalpa. On the way, visit Roghi Suicide Point and explore the Reckong Peo market. Upon arrival in Kalpa, discover the charming Kalpa village and its beautiful temple. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Kalpa.

    Day 5: Return to Shimla Overnight Journey to Delhi

    After breakfast, depart for Shimla. Along the way, admire the stunning Kinner Kailash peaks. In the evening, board a bus for an overnight journey back to Delhi. This marks the end of your tour.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).


    Booking Policy

    Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

By Air:

The nearest airport to Sangla is Shimla Airport (Jubbarhatti), about 225 km away. However, flights to Shimla are limited. A better option is Chandigarh International Airport (335 km away), which has better connectivity to major cities.

From Shimla/Chandigarh, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Sangla.


By Train:

The nearest railway station is Kalka Railway Station (310 km away). From Kalka, you can:

Take the scenic Kalka-Shimla Toy Train to Shimla.

From Shimla, hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Sangla.

For faster connectivity, you can also take a train to Chandigarh Railway Station (335 km away) and then proceed by road.


By Road:

Sangla is well-connected by road and can be reached via private vehicles, buses, or taxis.

Route from Delhi to Sangla (560 km, approx. 14-16 hours drive)

Delhi → Shimla → Rampur → Karcham → Sangla

Route from Chandigarh to Sangla (335 km, approx. 10-12 hours drive)

HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) buses operate from Delhi, Chandigarh, and Shimla to Reckong Peo, from where local buses or taxis are available to reach Sangla.
