    Day 01: Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization and Leisure

    Upon your arrival at Leh Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. Today is reserved for relaxation and acclimatization to the high-altitude climate. Take this opportunity to explore Leh town at a leisurely pace, soak in the peaceful atmosphere, and familiarize yourself with the region.

    Day 02: Spiritual Exploration and Leh Local Sights

    After breakfast, embark on a day of spiritual and cultural exploration. Begin your journey with visits to the renowned Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, and Shey Palace, immersing yourself in the region's rich religious heritage. Next, head to Rancho School, famously featured in the movie 3 Idiots. Continue your sightseeing with a visit to the scenic Sindhu Ghat, Stok Palace, and the Hall of Fame. Explore the historic Leh Palace, offering panoramic views of the town, and conclude your day with a peaceful visit to the Shanti Stupa, where you can enjoy stunning sunset views. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Leh.

    Day 03: Khardungla Adventure and Sham Valley Wonders

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).


    Booking Policy

    1. Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    1. The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    1. To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.
    2. The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    1. For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Process of Making Advance Payment

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    2. -If cancelled 30 days or more prior to departure: 20% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
    4. -If cancelled between 0-14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

By Air:

Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport is well-connected with major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Chandigarh.

From the airport, you can hire a taxi or taxi service to reach your hotel or destination.


By Road:

From Srinagar: Drive approximately 12-14 hours via NH 1D, passing through scenic valleys and mountains.

From Manali: Drive about 14-16 hours via the Leh-Manali Highway, known for its breathtaking landscapes.

Note: Road trips are seasonal and may be affected by weather conditions, usually accessible from June to September.


By Train:

The nearest major railway station is Jammu Tawi or Pathankot. From there, you can take a taxi or bus to Leh, but this involves a long journey through scenic routes.
