  • Itinerary

    Day 01: Delhi to Shimla 350 km 7/8Hrs

    Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, your tour guide will greet you and transfer you to Shimla. Enjoy sightseeing stops at Parwanoo Timber Trail, Solan, and Kandaghat along the way. Later, relax with an overnight stay in Shimla.

    Day 02: Shimla -Local- Kufri Sightseeing

    Today, explore Shimla’s top attractions. After breakfast, visit Kufri for trekking and nature spots like Hassan Valley, Snow Park, Mahasu Peak, Mini Zoo, and Himalayan Nature Park. In the afternoon, tour Shimla’s highlights: Kali Bari Temple, Jakhoo Temple (by ropeway or foot), Vaishno Devi Gufa, and Sankat Mochan Temple. Later, stroll through Lakkar Bazar, Rani Jhansi Park, The Ridge, Mall Road, Gaiety Theatre, Tibetan Market, and Scandal Point. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

    Day 03: Shimla to Manali via Kullu 250Km 7/8Hrs

    After breakfast, check out from your Shimla hotel and drive to Manali, enjoying stunning views of Sundar Nagar, Pandoh Dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, and Mandi. The scenic stretch along the Beas River offers great photo opportunities. Take a lunch break en route and, if interested, visit a shawl weaving factory, Akhada Bazar, or try river rafting in Kullu. Arrive in Manali by evening, check in to your hotel, and explore the local market. Overnight stay in Manali.

    Day 05: Manali to Solang valley(Snow Point)

    fter a healthy breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a day tour to Solang Valley, just 15 km from Manali. Solang Valley is also perfect for adventure lovers — try paragliding, the cable car ropeway, zorbing, snow scootering, skiing, horse riding, or take a short trek to Anjani Mahadev.

    Day 06: Manali to Dharamshala 250Km 8/9Hrs

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Dharamshala. En route, enjoy sightseeing at Palampur Tea Gardens and the Zoo. Upon arrival, check into your hotel in Dharamshala. Overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 07: Dharamshala-McLeod Ganj-Dalhousie 125km 3/4Hrs

    After breakfast and hotel check-out, visit Mcleodganj and the Tsuglagkhang Complex, the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. Explore Namgyal Gompa, the Tibet Museum, Mcleodganj Library, a café, and souvenir shop. Also visit Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John Church, War Memorial, and the Cricket Stadium. After the tour, proceed to Dalhousie for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 08: Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Local Sightseeing

    After breakfast, depart for sightseeing in the beautiful valley of Khajjiar, located about one hour away. Nestled at 6,500 feet in the Dhauladhar ranges, Khajjiar is part of the Kalatop Khajjiar Wildlife Sanctuary, known for its meadows, forests, and stunning temples. Enjoy the breathtaking views of deodar forests, mountain vistas from Lakkar Mandi, and the serene combination of lakes, pastures, and woods that make Khajjiar a unique gem in Himachal Pradesh.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).


    Booking Policy

    Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 0-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

    3. -If cancelled between 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.

  2. Manali’s nearest airport is Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali Airport).

By Train:

For Shimla, take a train to Kalka Railway Station, then board the scenic Kalka-Shimla toy train or travel by road.

Manali has no direct train connection; the nearest station is Joginder Nagar, followed by a road journey.

By Road:

You can drive or take buses from Delhi or Chandigarh directly to Shimla and Manali.
