    Day 1: Delhi to Kasol | Overnight Journey 514km 12 Hours

    Meet your trip captain and fellow backpackers before embarking on an overnight journey to Kasol in a comfortable AC Volvo or Tempo Traveler.

    Day 2: Chalal Village Sightseeing & Café Hopping

    Arrive early morning in Kasol and check into your hostel or homestay. Start your day by exploring the picturesque Chalal Village, renowned for its scenic views and laid-back atmosphere. In the afternoon, enjoy café hopping at some of Kasol’s popular spots like Jim Morrison Café, The Evergreen Café, and Moon Dance Café. Take a tranquil walk along the Parvati River, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Conclude your day with an overnight stay in Kasol.

    Day 3: Trek to Kheerganga | Stay at Rudranaag 15 km trek

    Begin your trek to Kheerganga, covering approximately 15 km over 6–7 hours through lush forests, cascading waterfalls, and breathtaking landscapes. Along the way, take breaks to enjoy the natural beauty and recharge. Upon reaching Kheerganga, unwind with a refreshing dip in the natural hot springs to soothe your muscles. Savor a warm, hearty meal at the campsite, and spend the night camping at Rudranaag, a tranquil spot midway to Kheerganga, immersing yourself in the serene mountain environment.

    Day 4: Rudranaag to Kasol | Drive to Manali

    Trek down from Rudranaag to Barshaini, a 3–4 hour descent through scenic trails. From Barshaini, drive back to Kasol to freshen up and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterwards, continue your journey towards Manali, an approximately 80 km drive taking about 3 hours. Arrive in the evening, check into your hostel or hotel, and spend your night exploring Mall Road and experiencing the lively nightlife that Manali has to offer.

    Day 5: Manali to Solang Valley | Adventure Day

    Drive to Solang Valley, located just 13 km from Manali, and spend the day indulging in exciting adventure activities such as paragliding, snowboarding, skiing, and snow trekking. After an exhilarating day, return to Manali in the evening for a cozy bonfire session and a farewell party with your fellow travelers. Later, prepare for your overnight journey back to Delhi, cherishing the memorable experiences from your trip.

    11. If our vehicle cannot move due to heavy snowfall, we will provide an extra 4x4 vehicle at an additional cost, and guests will need to pay on the spot.

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).


    Booking Policy

    Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

(Via Bhuntar) – Recommended Route

Delhi → Chandigarh → Mandi → Bhuntar → Kasol

  1. Distance: 514 km
  2. Travel Time: 12–14 hours
  3. Road Conditions: Smooth highway until Bhuntar, then a narrow and hilly 30 km stretch to Kasol.

Bus Options (Delhi to Kasol)

  1. HRTC & Private Volvo Buses operate overnight from ISBT Kashmiri Gate and Majnu Ka Tila.
  2. Direct buses are available from Delhi to Bhuntar or Manikaran (Bhuntar is 30 km before Kasol).


Train from Delhi to Chandigarh or Kalka

  1. Best Trains:
  2. Kalka Shatabdi Express (12011): Fastest (~3.5 hours)
  3. Himalayan Queen Express (14095): Budget-friendly option
  4. Other trains also available to Chandigarh or Kalka.


Chandigarh to Kasol by Road

  1. Board an HRTC or Volvo bus from Chandigarh to Bhuntar (~9 hours).
  2. From Bhuntar, take a local bus or taxi for the final 30 km to Kasol (~1 hour).

Total travel time: Approximately 12–14 hours.


By Air (Fastest Option) – Flight + Road Journey

The nearest airport to Kasol is Bhuntar Airport (Kullu-Manali Airport), though flights are limited and often expensive.
