    Day 1: Delhi to Shimla 342 km 8 Hours | Overnight Journey

    Assemble at Majnu Ka Tila at 08:30 PM to meet the trip captain and fellow travelers for a briefing session. After the meeting, you'll embark on an overnight journey to Shimla via AC tempo traveler or bus.

    Day 2: Shimla to Chitkul/Sangla 236 km 7 Hours

    Reach Shimla early morning for refreshment and breakfast. Drive to Sangla via Kufri, Narkanda, and Rampur, enjoying scenic views of the Satluj River and Himalayas. Check-in at a homestay in Sangla or Chitkul. In the evening, relax around a bonfire under the stars. Overnight stay in Sangla.

    Day 3: Holi Celebration in Sangla – A Colorful Himalayan Experience

    2. The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure the smooth execution of tours. All guests must carry a valid Indian government-issued photo address proof, including for children.
    3. Please provide your pick-up and drop-off times.
    4. For those booking only the cab service, please book or look for hotels within a 9 to 10 km radius of the main city to avoid extra travel charges. Cab operator service hours for local sightseeing are from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. For safety reasons, please avoid late-night walks. If the vehicle is used late at night, additional compensation for the driver will be required. Please consider all sightseeing activities as per the time and travel schedule. There are no timing restrictions on arrival and departure days.
    5. Please respond by return mail so we can proceed with the advance booking formalities. Upon reflecting the amount in our account, we will send you a reservation voucher.
    6. Help us keep our surroundings clean by avoiding littering, spitting, drinking, and smoking in public places and in all aspects (advisory only).
    7. AC is complimentary in flat areas, but in hill stations, AC will not be used (mostly for North India and North East regions). All vehicles hired are on a point-to-point basis and not on disposal. If AC services are required in hill areas, it will be on a direct payment basis.
    8. Sightseeing days may need to be rescheduled due to the closing of any monument on a particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
    9. Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policies.
    10. Meal timings must be followed as instructed by the hotels. We shall not be responsible for any un-availed meals.
    11. In case of non-payment, either advance or remaining, the company has the right to stop services.
    12. We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
    13. In Himachal, Leh Ladakh, Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and North East, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc., cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in these regions are categorized based on location, services, and cost, and not as per star categorization (1*, 2*, 3*, 4*, 5*, etc.).


    Booking Policy

    Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passport, visa, and travel insurance, are in order.

    No discount will be provided after confirmation.

    The company shall not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to heavy traffic jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters, or any unforeseen events. Such situations may also require extra services at additional costs.

    Reservation Policy for Package Booking

    To secure your package booking, an initial payment of 50% is required at the time of reservation.

    The remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected either upon arrival on the first day of the tour or 1-7 days prior to the trip.

    Reservation Policy for Flight/Train/Bus Booking1

    For flight, train, or bus bookings, a 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.

    Fixed Departure Dates: The tour will depart on the fixed dates mentioned in the itinerary. No changes or amendments will be allowed.

    Company's Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural calamities, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.

How To Reach

By Road (Best Option) – Approx. 560 km | 14–16 Hours

The most convenient and scenic way to reach Sangla is by road.

Recommended Route (via Shimla):

Delhi → Shimla → Rampur → Karcham → Sangla

  1. Distance: ~560 km
  2. Travel Time: 14–16 hours (depending on road and weather conditions)
  3. Road Type: Smooth highways up to Rampur, followed by narrow, winding mountain roads with sharp curves.

Bus Options:

  1. HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) buses are available from Delhi ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Reckong Peo (the main town in Kinnaur).
  2. From Reckong Peo, local buses or shared taxis can take you to Sangla.


By Train + Road (Alternative Option)

Train from Delhi to Kalka or Chandigarh

  1. Kalka Shatabdi Express (12011): Fastest and most comfortable (approx. 5 hours)
  2. Himalayan Queen Express (14095): Budget-friendly
  3. Several other trains are also available from Delhi to Kalka or Chandigarh.

Kalka to Shimla

  1. Toy Train Option:
  2. Take the iconic Kalka–Shimla Toy Train (UNESCO World Heritage Site) for a scenic 5–6 hour ride through the hills.
  3. By Road:
  4. Alternatively, take a taxi or bus from Kalka to Shimla, which takes about 3 hours.


Shimla to Sangla (By Road)

  1. From Shimla, continue your journey by road to Sangla via Rampur and Karcham.
  2. Taxis, private vehicles, and HRTC buses are available for this stretch.
